1. Drive right out of the Driving Test Centre onto Second Drove. 1a. At the end of the road turn right onto Fengate. You may have to wait a long time due to the time of day, don't let the pressure build up but reassess the situation all the time. 2. At the traffic lights turn left onto Boongate. (alt. 16/5 follow road ahead, turn left onto Padholme Road East, at roundabout take 1st exit onto Newark Road, go to 3a) 2a. At the Tops Tiles roundabout take the 4th exit onto Newark Road. 3. At the roundabout take the 4th exit coming back the opposite direction. 3a. Pull over somewhere safe. 4. Independent drive starts [follow signs to City Centre]. 4a. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Boongate. 4b. [follow signs to A1(M) London]. At the Boongate roundabout take the 1st exit to the left joining the Frank Perkins Parkway. 4c. The examiner will say to be on this road for 3 and a half miles, this would mean that you should overtake if safe and get up to the speed of the road. 5. At the Tesco Hampton roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Thorpe Wood onto the Nene Parkway. 5a. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Longthorpe Parkway. 5b. At the Boating Lake roundabout take the 1st exit onto Thorpe Road. 5c. Take the road on the right onto Thorpe Park Road. 6. Pull over on the right, reverse back 2 car lengths and then drive on again, this road leads onto Mayors Walk. 6a. At the traffic light controlled crossroads turn right onto Aldermans Drive. 6b. Take the 3rd exit on the left onto Percival Street. 6c. At the end of the road turn right onto Midland Road. 6c. At the end of the road you can only turn left onto Thorpe Road. 7. At the Crescent Bridge roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Bourges Boulevard. 8. At the Magistrates Court roundabout take the 1st exit onto Bishop's Road. 8a. At the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit continuing on Bishop's Road. This road leads onto Fengate. 8b. Turn right onto Second Drove. 8c. Turn left into the Driving Test Centre. 8c. Drive forward into a bay.
