Coming from St. John's Street (from the Regional Swimming Pool) to take the 3rd exit to the right onto Eastfield Road you need to follow the white arrows.

On approach you would follow the Mirrors - Signal - Position - Speed - Look as normal and then as you get on the roundabout you need to follow this procedure again to make sure that you safely cross from the right lane to the left lane to exit onto Eastfield Road.

As always, if you cannot leave at the exit you want then go round the roundabout again until it is safe to exit.

If you are under pressure due to being late, then tough as it sounds you need to face up to being late. Trying to make up time will only increase the risk of a collision.
